West Ham United are reportedly interested in signing the Inter Milan man.

West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini will surely be keen to bolster his ranks at the London Stadium this month, with a plethora of injuries threatening to derail his side’s campaign.
According to the Daily Star, one of the Chilean’s targets this month is Inter Milan winger Antonio Candreva, but the Hammers would be making a big mistake signing the ageing Italian.
At 31, Candreva is well past his best, and his limited first-team action this season for Inter is evidence of this.
The Italian has made just seven Serie A appearances so far this term, and Luciano Spalletti is allegedly prepared to sanction his exit this month.
The Premier League is the most physically robust, fasted paced league one world football – one that many of the continent’s best players find difficult to acclimatise to, so bringing in a 31-year-old might not be the wisest move from West Ham.

Candreva has not been pulling up any trees in Serie A over the past two years, and there is absolutely no evidence that that would be any different in the Premier League.
West Ham should surely be targeting younger, hungrier talents, with something to prove in the game, and they should steer clear of the Inter Milan winger at all costs.
