West Ham United vice-chairman Karren Brady comments on Newcastle United manager Rafael Benitez and Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho.

Brady has stated that Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is a moaner as well.
“Like Mourinho, Benitez is a bit of a moaner,” Brady wrote in The Sun. “He grumbled consistently that Liverpool’s Tom Hicks/George Gillett ownership was mean with transfer cash, a practice he has loud-hailed in the North East.”
Harsh?
Benitez has stated on many occasions about the lack of funds available to him to sign players for Newcastle, as quoted on Skysports.com in November 2017 and on talkSPORT.com in August 2018.
However, it must be acknowledged that the former Liverpool and Real Madrid boss has not been given the money that some of the other managers in the Premier League have been.

It is a bit harsh of West Ham vice-chairman Brady to describe Benitez as a “moaner”, especially as the Spaniard was able to keep Newcastle in the Premier League with a Championship squad last season.
Interestingly, in May 2018, The Guardian reported that West Ham were ready to make a formal approach for Newcastle boss Benitez and were considering triggering his £6 million release clause.
