The West Ham United hitman has been linked with a move to Napoli this summer.

West Ham striker Javier Hernandez spoke to reporters whilst away on international duty with Mexico in Russia, and responded when asked if he could join Carlo Ancelotti’s revolution at Napoli this summer, as quoted by Italian media outlet Calcio Mercato.
The 30-year-old joined the Hammers from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer of 2017, for a fee believed to be worth in the region of £16 million, but he has struggled to establish himself as a regular first-team starter at the London Stadium.

Chicharito has been linked with a summer exit from West Ham, with a plethora of clubs thought to be interested in signing him, including Napoli, AC Milan and Roma, according to Italian football expert Gianluca Di Marzio.
Hernandez was given a chance by the new Napoli manager Carlo Ancelotti during his time at Real Madrid, and the Mexican hitman responded when asked by reporters whether he will join the Italian in Naples this season, as quoted by Italian publication Calcio Mercato:

“Me at Napoli with Ancelotti? He was an important man for my career. He gave me an opportunity at Real Madrid. A move to Napoli? Calm, I’m only thinking about the World Cup at the moment.”
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the striker is valued at around €13 million (£11.4 million), and if West Ham do manage to garner that amount for his services, it would surely be considered as decent business, considering the fact that he is on the wrong side of 30.
