Hernandez is a very good striker who did well during his spell at United, but he Mexico international is struggling for regular playing time at West Ham at the moment.
The 30-year-old has made just two starts and six substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Hammers so far this season, scoring only one goal in the process, according to WhoScored.
During the 2017-18 campaign, the striker made 16 starts and 12 substitute appearances in the Premier League for West Ham, scoring eight goals in the process, according to WhoScored.
It would make sense for Hernandez to find another club in January where he would stand a better chance of playing regularly.
