Should Tottenham Hotspur renew an interest in West Ham United’s Domingos Quina?

According to Sky Sports News’ Transfer Blog [28/06/2018, 16:44], West Ham United are willing to let Domingos Quina leave East London – and Tottenham Hotspur should renew an interest.

The 18-year-old hasn’t yet made a Premier League appearance for the Irons, despite joining two years ago, and Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini looks like he may deem him surplus to requirements.

Quina joined West Ham over Tottenham and Arsenal back in 2016, according to The Mirror, and Spurs should consider going back in for him this time around.

Despite struggling for first-team football with United, Quina remains a huge talent and it’s not too late for Mauricio Pochettino to work his magic and help bring his game to the next level.

The former Chelsea youth does not turn 19 until and although Quina would hardly be starting Premier League games in Tottenham’s midfield next season, he would perhaps be working under one of Europe’s best managers in regards to getting the very best out of young players.

He is younger than Dele Alli was at the time of his breakthrough season during the 2015-16 campaign and although he might not reach the same level as the England star, he still has plenty to offer.

If Pochettino really did want him two years ago, he should be among the interested parties again.
