The West Ham United midfielder would be a useful addition to the Wolverhampton Wanderers squad.

Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo has worked wonders during his time in charge of Wolves, but he will have to strengthen his squad sufficiently, if he is to lead his team to a successful Premier League campaign next term.
The Portuguese’s player recruitment has been nothing short of sensational since his appointment as manager at Molineux in the summer of 2017, and his transfer acumen will be put to the test again this time around.
One particular area where Wolves will be looking to strengthen is his central midfield ranks, with the addition of a box-to-box type midfielder likely to feature highly on Nuno’s agenda.
With this in mind, the Black Country outfit should consider a move for West Ham midfield ace Cheikhou Kouyaté.

The 28-year-old joined the Hammers from Anderlecht in the summer of 2014, for a fee believed to be worth in the region of £7 million, and he has gone on to establish himself as one of West Ham’s most important players.
He experienced a difficult 2017/18 campaign with the Hammers, however, and the east Londoners might just be tempted to do business, if Wolves do in fact come in with a concrete offer for the Senegal ace.
Kouyate possesses energy in abundance, and his game is based around his ability to get up and down the park for the duration of the 90 minutes.

The 28-year-old would add energy and power to Wolves’ midfield, and he would be the perfect partner for Ruben Neves, what with their differing styles of play.
His experience of playing in the Premier League for four seasons could also prove to be invaluable to Wolves, and he should be a signing that they prioritise this summer.
