Some reports claim that the Turkey international has already agreed terms with the Gunners, but there is still hope for West Ham, with the Sun claiming that a fee between Arsenal and Barca is still yet to be agreed upon.
The 30-year-old has so much to offer at the highest level, and would bring qualities to West Ham that they are currently desperately bereft of.

He is a mercurial character, who the Hammers faithful would surely take to instantly, and if the West Ham hierarchy can find a way of meeting his high wage demands, along with matching Barca’s valuation of the midfielder, they would take a huge step towards gaining Europa League qualification next term.
