West Ham United are accelerating their pursuit of Juventus midfielder Denis Zakaria amid links to Bournemouth.
Denis Zakaria may now have multiple Premier League clubs chasing him after Chelsea decided to let him go.
Calciomercato report that Juventus chief Giovanni Manna is heading to England to try and sell a number of players.
One of them is midfielder Zakaria, with West Ham understood to be very interested in a deal.
However, that report highlights that Bournemouth have entered the race and could rival West Ham for Zakaria.
Manna wants to sort out a deal for Zakaria during his time in London and the Cherries are now a real possibility for the midfielder.
French sides Lyon and Lens are interested too but West Ham are now seemingly ramping up their interest.
SportItalia’s Rudy Galetti reports that West Ham now want to ‘speed things up’ for Zakaria with a hijack Brighton and Hove Albion now feared.
The Seagulls could lose Moises Caicedo and may pounce for Zakaria as a replacement, leaving West Ham facing major competition.

Denis Zakaria still has plenty to offer in the Premier League
Zakaria is back at Juventus this summer after his Chelsea loan spell came to an end without a permanent deal.
Chelsea decided to let Zakaria move on after starting just five Premier League games.
The 26-year-old isn’t wanted at Juventus either but that doesn’t mean that he doesn’t have quality.
Zakaria was outstanding in the Bundesliga, shining for Borussia Monchengladbach after joining from Young Boys in 2017.

Zakaria is a huge presence at 6ft 3in tall and was able to dominate games as a box-to-box player in Germany.
The Swiss international was hailed as ‘very complete’ by his then-Gladbach boss Marco Rose and it looked like a big move was a matter of time.
Joining Juventus and Chelsea really hasn’t worked out but Zakaria can get back on track with regular playing time at West Ham.
If he does that, Zakaria could dominate games as a box-to-box player once again and hope replace Declan Rice.
