Sergino Dest turned down a move to Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal, and now another London club, West Ham United, are keen on the Barcelona full-back, who is now on loan at AC Milan, according to a report.
West Ham United target Sergino Dest rejected Arsenal
As reported by Sport in July 2021, Arsenal wanted to sign Dest and made contact with the full-back over a potential transfer in the summer of 2021.
The 22-year-old flatly refused.
The USA international wanted to stay at Barcelona.
And he did.
However, Dest failed to make a huge impact at Camp Nou during the 2021-22 season.
The full-back made 17 starts in La Liga and three starts in the UEFA Champions League for Barcelona that campaign.

In the summer of 2022, Barcelona offloaded the youngster to AC Milan on loan for this season.
The American has made only two starts in Serie A and one start in the UEFA Champions League for the defending Italian champions so far this season.
90min are now reporting that AC Milan will not trigger the option to make Dest’s loan deal permanent.
West Ham keen
Barcelona are reportedly looking to sell the youngster now and want to recoup the €21 million (£18.5 million) they paid for him.
West Ham United are interested in signing Dest, according to 90min.
Wolverhampton Wanderers and Crystal Palace are also interested in the full-back.
Perhaps Dest should have moved to Arsenal when he had the chance to.
