Reports suggest West Ham want to complete another season-long loan for Joe Hart.

The Daily Mirror claimed on Thursday evening that West Ham United are looking to hang onto season-long loanee Joe Hart from Manchester City, and a move for the England stopper could see the departure of another star.

Hart, 30, has come under huge scrutiny this season, which even saw Spaniard Adrian replace him for a run of games in the side. But the City stopper returned to impress, including a man-of-the-match display against Chelsea.

But the former Shrewsbury Town goalkeeper’s form stuttered on Monday night in front of Gareth Southgate, as he spilled the ball at the feet of Peter Crouch who in turn scored for Stoke from close range.

However, the Hammers seemingly remain keen to keep Hart, with the report not specifying whether the east Londoners will sign Hart on a permanent basis or indeed on another season-long loan.

If West Ham do sign Hart for next season, then surely the move will come as a boost to Spanish side Real Betis as newspaper AS claim the La Liga outfit want to sign Adrian ahead of the 2018-19 campaign.

Adrian, 31, joined West Ham from Betis back in July 2013 but has a year remaining on a contract believed to be worth £35,000 a week, according to the Daily Star.

After bring given a chance to shine in the first team, and certainly impressing, Adrian is likely to feel hard done by after Hart returned to the side.

In a pivotal moment in his career, Adrian needs to be playing regular football and a move back to his former side Betis is likely to provide the Spaniard with that opportunity. A move for Hart, then, could see Betis sign Adrian.
