Manuel Pellegrini was appointed as the West Ham United manager in the summer.

West Ham United do not plan to dismiss Manuel Pellegrini anytime soon, according to The Mirror.
The Hammers have made a hugely disappointing start to the season and have lost all four of their Premier League matches so far.
Although it is quite early this campaign, there are already doubts that, just like last season, West Ham could get dragged into a relegation fight.
The Mirror, though, has claimed that West Ham co-owners David Gold and David Sullivan do not plan to dismiss Pellegrini from his managerial role anytime soon.
Sensible decision
Given the competitive nature of the Premier League and what’s at stake, one can understand why owners and chairmen panic when teams go through bad spells.
West Ham are going through a really bad run of form at the moment, but the Hammers are right to stick with Pellegrini.

The former Manchester City boss was appointed as the West Ham manager only in the summer.
Moreover, the London club signed a number of new players in the summer transfer window, including Jack Wilshere and Felipe Anderson, and it will take Pellegrini a while to find his best team and fit the players into his system.
The Hammers have also played Liverpool and Arsenal in their opening four Premier League matches, games which they were expected to lose anyway.
