West Ham United are said to be interested in Burnley midfielder Steven Defour.

David Moyes has been a big fan of Defour for a number of seasons, so bringing him to West Ham makes sense.
Moyes first was an admirer of Defour’s talents back in 2009, and he tried to bring the midfielder to Everton.

Back then, Defour was regarded as one of Belgium’s top talents and he, perhaps, hasn’t quite lived up to his billing over his career to date.
Defour has had a solid time in England, without raising too many eye brows.

The 29-year-old has played fairly regularly for Burnely this term, making 24 appearances for Sean Dyche’s side, but he could be allowed to move on in the summer.
And it seems that Moyes may finally get his chance of linking up with Defour at West Ham, nine years after he was originally interested.
