West Bromwich Albion have previously been interested in signing Diafra Sakho from West Ham United.

Sakho has suggested that if he doesn’t get regular first-team football at West Ham, he could look to move on in 2018.
There is serious doubt over whether Slaven Bilic will be able to offer the Senegal international the frequent game-time he wants.

West Ham already have Javier Hernandez and Andy Carroll to keep satisfied, with Sakho seemingly third choice currently.
And if Sakho remains down the pecking order, then West Brom should re-enter the race for his signature.
Sakho has proven that he can score goals at the top level, and he has found the net in both rounds of the EFL cup so far.

Tony Pulis’ side still seem to be shot of a natural goalscorer, and Sakho could fill that void – if he is given a chance.
And West Brom should be keeping a key eye on Sakho’s progress at West Ham in the coming months, as he could be an ideal option for them in the January transfer window.
