West Ham United are currently in Switzerland on a pre-season tour.

West Ham are currently in Switzerland on pre-season training, as they look to sharpen up ahead of the new campaign.
And Rice has been very impressed by West Ha’s new manager already, as he has made training so enjoyable.
“I think the lads were talking about it after training on Tuesday. It was the first day and we were straight into a game at the end of the session which, as a player, you like because it makes it fun and gets everyone involved. It’s really good,” the defender said.

“Pre-season does have a different feel to it [this year]. We’re in a nice place here and we just want to crack on and get to work and obviously we’ve got our first game on Sunday.”
Rice enjoyed an excellent breakthrough season last year, when he became an important part of West Ham’s defence.
However, the young centre-back faces more competition for places this season, following the arrival of Issa Diop.

It is not yet clear whether Rice will be a permanent starter under Pellegrini, and there has even been some suggestions that he could be moved into midfield.
West Ham have their first pre-season friendly on Sunday, when they take on FC Winterthur.
