According to a report in the Daily Mirror, West Ham United are interested in Dani Ceballos of Real Madrid.

West Ham are on the hunt for new additions, as Manuel Pellegrini looks to increase his midfield options for next season.

West Ham have already been linked with a bid for Joe Allen this summer in the Telegraph, but that move does not look particularly appealing.

Ceballos, on the other hand, would be a really eye catching addition.

The 22-year-old possesses a wonderful range of passing, and would arguably become West Ham’s best technical player instantly.

Ceballos has played 22 times for Real Madrid this season, which highlights the quality that he has.

The diminutive midfielder would offer West Ham a totally different option to what they currently have in midfield.

Ceballos would be able to set the tempo of the Hammers’ play, but he also has enough agility and speed to drive forward with the ball.

And if West Ham could wrap up the transfer of the Spaniard then it would be a wonderful way to start their summer transfer business.
