West Ham United claimed bragging rights over Tottenham Hotspur this afternoon as Michail Antonio’s goal handed them a 1-0 victory.
The Hammers went close on a number of occasions.
Pablo Fornals had an acrobatic effort saved before Tomas Soucek’s header went just wide of the post.
Tottenham did have moments of their own, but West Ham grab the winner.
Aaron Cresswell’s corner was poked home by Michail Antonio, who beat non-existent man-marking from Harry Kane to score.
Antonio was delighted as he buried another goal against Tottenham – his sixth in 10 league outings against Spurs.
Antonio reacts on Twitter
The former Nottingham Forest man is always good for a great celebration, and today was no different.

Antonio pulled off a Matrix-style celebration, dodging bullets as teammates watched on.
The striker joked about ‘deja vu’ having also scored against Tottenham at the London Stadium earlier this year.
Antonio added that it ‘must be a glitch in the matrix’, celebrating a ‘big big win’ today.
