Andy Carroll has just months remaining on his current contract at West Ham United.

Carroll’s current deal at West Ham expires at the end of the season, but the club have an option to extend it.
The target-man has started to make an impact in Manuel Pellegrini’s side, and he even scored in West Ham’s FA Cup win over Birmingham City at the weekend.
The goal has pushed Carroll’s future back to the centre of attention again.
And the England international forward said: “Yes, I want to stay and I want a new deal but I can’t really think about that every day. I’ve just got to play my football when I get the chance.
“I’ve got a two-year option at the end of the season so we’ll see what happens.

“I’ve got to play a few more games like this one, get on when I when I get on and, like the manager says, I’ve got to impress him in the minutes he gives me.”
Carroll is on a considerable wage at West Ham, so extending his contract could be a tough decision.
The target-man’s time at West Ham has been plagued with injury, so it’s likely he needs to prove his fitness more than his quality.
The Hammers are next in action at the weekend when they take on Arsenal at the London Stadium.
