West Ham United are said to be keen to snap up Burnley stopper Tom Heaton.

Heaton was once considered one of the most reliable goalkeepers in the Premier League, but injury has damaged his chances at Burnley.
Heaton missed the start of the campaign with Burnley, and Nike Pope’s remarkable form has kept him out.

Sean Dyche simply couldn’t drop Pope, who also looks likely to take Heaton’s place in the England squad.
But that could all be good news for West Ham, as his value has reportedly dropped to just £10 million.
West Ham are now attempting to buy Heaton at the perfect time, and he would unquestionably improve their goalkeeping options.
Both Adrian and Joe Hart have struggled in net for the Hammers this term, with David Moyes never able to settle upon a permanent number one.

Heaton would come in and offer West Ham a foundation to build upon though, and he would have a point to prove.
Heaton has already shown he is capable of being an outstanding performer in the Premier League, but his demotion behind Pope is likely to have caused some frustration.
And if West Ham could get a deal for Heaton over the line, he could be a great addition to their squad.
