West Ham United should make a move to sign Lucas Perez from Arsenal.
Slaven Bilic suggested that West Ham’s spending may be over this summer recent on the Hammers’ official website.

However, West Ham have shown an eye for a bargain already this summer – and Perez certainly could fit into that category.
The Hammers have already brought in Marko Arnautovic, Javier Hernandez, Joe Hart and Pablo Zabaleta this summer – and the quartet haven’t set them back a vast amount of money.
At just over £13 million Perez also offers excellent value for money in a market which is over inflated.
Perez was not given much of a chance at Arsenal last term, but he still scored seven goals in 21 matches.
The 28-year-old does carry a threat, and his ability to play either as a winger or a striker is appealing.
Perez’s arrival at West Ham would further strengthen their striking options, and at £13.4 million he may just be too good a buy to turn down.
