West Ham United-owned forward Jordan Hugill made his debut for Middlesbrough against West Bromwich Albion in the Championship on Friday.

West Ham United-owned forward Jordan Hugill has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to the win for Middlesbrough against West Bromwich Albion.

Hugill featured for Middlesbrough in their Championship game against West Brom at the Riverside Stadium on Friday evening.

The 26-year-old forward did not start the match, but the former Preston North End star came on as a substitute in the 81st minute.

Tony Pulis’s side won the match 1-0, thanks to Daniel Ayala’s goal in the first minute of injury time.

Hugill, who joined Middlesbrough on a season-long loan deal from West Ham United in the summer transfer window, has taken to Twitter to express his delight at making his debut for Boro.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at the Riverside Stadium on Friday evening, hosts Middlesbrough had 38% of the possession, took 18 shots of which four were on target, and earned 10 corners, according to BBC Sport.

Visitors West Brom had 62% of the possession, took 13 shots of which two were on target, and earned four corners, according to BBC Sport.
