West Ham United did Tottenham Hotspur a favour last night by holding Liverpool to a draw.

Mark Noble and Aaron Cresswell have a laugh during a training session as part of the West Ham Pre-Season Tour to Switzerland on July 3, 2018 in Bad Ragaz, Switzerland.

West Ham United midfielder Mark Noble has told Monday Night Football, which was broadcast on Sky Sports on 4th February, that Tottenham Hotspur are certainly in the Premier League title race.

West Ham held Liverpool to a draw at the London Stadium last night, which puts Tottenham five points away from the top of the table.

And Noble thinks that Spurs will keep pushing to catch both Liverpool and Manchester City.

“A lot has been said about Spurs, not signing any players, but Pochettino keeps churning out results,” Noble said.

“They’re going to keep coming. To be honest, as a neutral, it’s going to be a fantastic end of the season.”

Tottenham have been overlooked for much of the campaign so far, but they are now right in the thick of the title battle.

Spurs are just two points behind City, and a further three back from Liverpool.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side should only get stronger from this moment on, as key players are set to return soon.

Both Dele Alli and Harry Kane are on their way back to fitness, in what should be a major boost for Spurs.

Tottenham are next in action on Sunday, when they take on Leicester City at Wembley.
