The London Evening Standard suggest that West Ham are now waiting until the end of the season to talk to Declan Rice about his contract extension.

The Hammers have failed to agree terms with the youngster, who has just months left on his current deal at the London Stadium.

West Ham have decided that they will put contract talks on hold, which looks like a risky move.

Tottenham Hotspur and Everton are both interested in signing Rice, according to reports in Bleacher Report and the Daily Express.

And Spurs and Everton are sure to have taken note of West Ham’s latest decision.

Tottenham and Everton now have a chance to turn the head of Rice, before the expiration of his contract, and they could potentially get him in a cut price deal.
