West Ham United midfielder Jack Wilshere just hasn’t shown his best form at the London Stadium so far.

According to the Daily Mail, West Ham United midfielder Jack Wilshere is set to be out injured for this weekend’s match against Everton, and that could turn out to be a blessing in disguise.

Wilshere has started all of West Ham’s matches in the Premier League so far this season, but he has looked well short of his best.

The England international’s lack of pace has actually been a problem for the Hammers, as Manuel Pellegrini’s side have seriously lacked mobility in the centre of the park.

But now Pellegrini has no choice to select Wilshere, West Ham may actually discover a midfield pairing that works.

Wilshere and Mark Noble just have not worked as a duo so far this season, but Pellegrini’s mind over which one of the pair to drop has now been made for him.

And if West Ham can get their first points of the season against Everton, it could help the Hammers find a more effective midfield line-up in the long-run.
