West Ham United are reportedly set to allow Grady Diangana to join West Bromwich Albion.

West Ham want to get Diangana game time, which West Brom can offer him.
However, by letting go of the youngster, West Ham are limiting their own forward options.
West Ham don’t have too many players like Diangana in their ranks.
The Hammers look set to line up with Felipe Anderson, Manuel Lanzini and Pablo Fornals all behind the striker in an intimidating forward line.
Diangana would have his work cut out to break up that trio, but he could still offer West Ham a lot off the bench.

There is an argument to suggest that Diangana’s skill set would make him a better impact substitute than Robert Snodgrass, as the Scot is slower and relies more on his crossing ability.
The only other real out and out wing option Manuel Pellegrini has is Michail Antonio.
And while West Ham will hope that a season of regular Championship football will benefit Diangana in the long-term, they are taking a risk by letting him join West Brom, as it weakens their squad options for this season.
