West Ham United originally wanted Victor Camarasa back when Slaven Bilic was in charge.

According to Marca, West Ham United are interested in signing Victor Camarasa – years after Slaven Bilic originally wanted to bring him to the club.

The Independent reported how West Ham wanted Camarasa back in 2016, but they were unable to do a deal at that time.

Since, the Spaniard has gone on to impress in Spain and his loan spell at Cardiff City this year has been a success.

Camarasa has been one of the Welsh side’s most exciting players, and proven that he can be a real threat at Premier League level.

Camarasa could offer creativity to West Ham, and a goalscoring threat from midfield that has been lacking at times.

The Hammers should know the 24-year-old well now, given that he has been on their radar for three years.

And if West Ham did finally get their man in the summer then it should be viewed as a positive move by the London Stadium crowd.
