And West Ham fans have now suggested that both Fernandes and Kouyate should be moved on at the next opportunity.
Kouyate has played regularly at West Ham this season, but Fernandes has generally been kept in reserve.
The youngster is only just getting his chance, as injury problems have mounted at the London Stadium.
Kouyate, though, has played a key role under David Moyes, but failed to impress.
Kouyate was once considered to be one of West Ham’s best players, but he has struggled for form of late.
West Ham have four games remaining this season, and Kouyate and Fernandes may be under more pressure than most to catch the eye.
