The 19-year-old, who can operate as a central defender or as a defensive midfielder, made his debut for the Republic of Ireland against Turkey.
Although the visiting team lost the friendly international match at the Antalya Stadium 1-0 on Friday evening, the performance of the West Ham youngster was very encouraging.
