West Ham United won against Southampton on Thursday.

West Ham United central defender Angelo Ogbonna has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s win against Southampton.
Ogbonna featured for West Ham in their Premier League game against Southampton away from home at St. Mary’s Stadium on Thursday evening.
The 30-year-old central defender started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as Manuel Pellegrini’s team won 2-1.
According to WhoScored, against Southampton, the Italy international had a pass accuracy of 80.5%, won four headers, made one tackle and seven clearances, and played one key pass.
The win against Southampton at St. Mary’s Stadium means that West Ham are now ninth in the Premier League table at the moment with 27 points from 19 matches.

Ogbonna has been linked with a move away from the Hammers in the January transfer window, with The Mirror (print edition, page 68, December 22, 2018) reporting that the London club have received a £9 million offer from Italian club Bologna for the defender (click here to read more).
