West Ham United managed to beat Newport County 2-0 last night to progress to the third round.

West Ham United fans have heavily criticised Robert Snodgrass for his performance against Newport County.
Snodgrass was offered a start for West Ham against the League Two side, and helped his side picked up a 2-0 victory.
However, the Scottish international’s display did little to convince West Ham fans that he was worth giving more regular game time to.
And the Hammers fans who watched the game were not very impressed by Snodgrass’s display.
Snodgrass has fought hard to save his West Ham career, and was used regularly by Manuel Pellegrini last term.
West Ham’s summer business does seem to have knocked him down the pecking order at the London Stadium though.
The likes of Pablo Fornals, Manuel Lanzini and Felipe Anderson all seem to be ahead of Snodgrass in the battle for places behind the striker at West Ham.
The Hammers scored their goals against Newport through Jack Wilshere and Fornals, as they progressed to the third round of the competition.
