The West Ham United man is linked with a loan move to Germany.

West Ham United youngster Reece Oxford has been linked with a move to Borussia Monchengladbach this summer.
The Mirror reported on Friday that the 18-year-old would be sent out on loan for first-team experience.

Oxford spent the second half of last season on loan at Championship side Reading, but managed only three league starts for Jaap Stam’s side.
Monchengladbach competed in the group stage of the Champions League last season and joining the Bundesliga side – who finished ninth last term – could be seen as a step up for the teenager.

If he isn’t good enough for Slaven Bilic at West Ham then his prospects with the German outfit could be similarly as bleak.
Should he struggle for regular games then it could make a farce out of the transfer in the first place, and fans of the London club have expressed their dismay on Twitter.
Oxford is undoubtedly a huge talent, but this might only be a good move for the youngster if he ends up playing regular football which, as noted, is far from certain if he struggled at Reading.
