The Austrian striker, who is on a £100,000-a-week contract (Spotrac), is reportedly eager to return to Inter, with his West Ham future now in doubt.
And some of the London Stadium crowd do not appear to mind if Arnautovic leaves.
Arnautovic almost departed West Ham in January, when his head appeared to be turned.
The Austrian striker never really recovered his best form after that, but he remains an important player for the Hammers.
Manuel Pellegrini is known to be a fan of the powerful forward who, on his day, is arguably West Ham’s biggest attacking threat.
Arnautovic finished last season as West Ham’s top scorer, after notching 11 goals over the course of the campaign.
