Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers midfielder Josh Windass is said to be of interest to Manuel Pellegrini’s West Ham United side.

West Ham United fans do not exactly appear keen to see Josh Windass signed from Glasgow Rangers.

The Scottish Sun claims that West Ham are interested in snapping up Windass from Rangers this summer, as the attacking midfielder nears the exit door at Ibrox.

Steven Gerrard seems to have put Windass up for sale for around £3 million, with West Ham said to be willing to meet his asking price.

However, Hammers fans are not convinced that Windass would be a good addition.

Where Windass would now fit at West Ham is a big question.

The Hammers have enhanced their options in attacking midfield considerably this summer, with Manuel Lanzini set to return from injury in 2019 too.

Windass, meanwhile, has been struggling for form at Rangers, and would have to show significant improvement to break into Manuel Pellegrini’s West Ham side.
