West Ham United fans appear to be keen on rumours that they could sign Djibril Sidibe this summer.

France Football claims that West Ham are interested in the Monaco right-back, who has a lot of attention on him right now.

West Ham currently have Ryan Fredericks and Pablo Zabaleta available to play on the right-hand side of their defence.

However, Sidibe could be an upgrade on either of the pair if he was to arrive at the London Stadium.

And West Ham fans are keen to see the French defender signed up.

Sidibe’s form has taken a nosedive recently, but he was once considered one of the sturdiest defenders in France.

If West Ham could get him back to his best he would be a great addition to Manuel Pellegrini’s squad, but there has to be some concerns over his recent form.

West Ham have been active so far this summer, but are still yet to make any defensive additions.
