West Ham United fans react to Jack Wilshere display

Jack Wilshere was in action for West Ham United against Manchester City.

West Ham United fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Jack Wilshere against Manchester City.

Wilshere featured for West Ham in their Premier League game against City at the London Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The former Arsenal midfielder started the match and played for 56 minutes, as Manuel Pellegrini’s side were hammered 5-0.

The England international was making his first start in the league in 11 months, and although he tried, his performance was far from great.

According to WhoScored, Wilshere had a pass accuracy of 87.5%, won three headers, and made one tackle.

West Ham fans were not impressed with the display produced by Wilshere and have criticised him on Twitter.

Wilshere struggled with injuries last season, and the England international midfielder still needs time to get back to his best.

The 27-year-old midfielder showed some good touches against City, and West Ham fans will hope that he gets back to his old form in the coming weeks and helps the Hammers achieve their objectives this season.
