West Ham United fans slam goalkeeper Joe Hart for his latest performance.
West Ham United fans on Twitter have let rip at Joe Hart for his performance in Saturday’s 3-0 defeat by Burnley at the London Stadium.
The 30-year-old was recalled to West Ham’s first XI for the visit of Burnley but did very little to justify his inclusion over Adrian.
Hart was culpable for at least one of the three goals that the Irons conceded on what was a difficult day for the home fans and players alike.
And fans of the East London club have slated Hart – on loan from Manchester City – for what they feel was an inadequate performance.
The fact that Hart is costing the club so much money is also a big issue. West Ham are paying £125,000 of his £170k-a-week Manchester City wages and so far he has been a dreadful return for the money.
And if the Hammers – who are only three points above the relegation zone – go down then it’ll look like a far worse investment.
