According to Galsen Foot, West Ham are looking at Ndiaye as a replacement for Cheikhou Kouyate, who is reported to be leaving the London Stadium this summer.
As things stand, the 27-year-old midfielder will play in the Championship next season after Stoke City got relegated from the Premier League.
The Senegal international cost the Potters £14 million in transfer fees when they signed him from Galatasaray in January 2018, as reported by BBC Sport.
The midfielder made 13 appearances in the Premier League since his January move to Stoke, scoring two goals and providing one assist in the process.
