It has been reported that the Hammers have made a bid of £27 million for the 25-year-old forward.

According to Sky Sports, Newcastle United, Fulham and Tottenham Hotspur all are interested in Plea.
Plea has been on the books of Nice since 2014 and has established himself as an important player for the French club.
The forward scored 16 goals and provided five assists in 34 Ligue 1 starts for Nice last season, according to WhoScored.
The former Lyon man scored four goals and provided one assist in seven Europa League starts during the 2017-18 campaign, according to WhoScored.
