West Ham United are said to be considering swapping Slaven Bilic for Newcastle United boss Rafael Benitez.

Slaven Bilic applauds his fans at the end of the Premier League match between Burnley and West Ham United at Turf Moor on May 21, 2017 in Burnley, England.

West Ham United fans appear divided over the rumours that Slaven Bilic could be replaced by Newcastle United’s Rafael Benitez, in the Daily Mirror.

Bilic is said to be under pressure at West Ham, after the London side’s failure to win either of their first two Premier League matches.

And with Benitez expressing frustration at Newcastle, it has been suggested that the Spaniard could come in at the London Stadium.

There are some West Ham fans who believe that Benitez would be a major upgrade on Bilic.

However, others are more than happy to stick by the Croatian manager, despite the Hammers disappointing opening to the campaign.

West Ham went into the campaign with great positivity following their recruitment this summer, but some of the optimism has been drained as a result of their poor start.

West Ham are now under pressure to find a winning formula quickly, to ease the pressure on Bilic’s side.

The Hammers are next in Premier League action at the weekend, when they take on Benitez’s Newcastle United side.
