Adrian has been kept in reserve for much of the season at West Ham, with Joe Hart controversially picked ahead of him.
And Adrian has reportedly grown disillusioned with life at the London Stadium.

The experienced stopper could now depart from West Ham, if Moyes remains in charge, as is expected.
But West Ham fans do not appear at all concerned that Adrian could depart.
Adrian is actually set to come back into West Ham’s team for their match against Manchester City.
With Hart ineligible, Adrian looks the most likely choice to keep net for West Ham at the weekend.
If Adrian does leave West Ham it will end a five year association with the London club, during which time he has made 141 appearances.
