Felipe Anderson was taken off at half-time in Manuel Pellegrini’s side’s latest match.

West Ham United fans feel that Manuel Pellegrini is making an error by starting with Felipe Anderson again against Burnley.
Anderson was taken off at half-time during West Ham’s League Cup match against Tottenham Hotspur last night.
But Pellegrini has already suggested that the change was planned rather than tactical, as he wants to start the Brazilian at the weekend.
“I didn’t want Felipe to play more than 45 minutes, he is going to play on Saturday,” Pellegrini said to Football.London.
West Ham fans are already concerned about the comments, as they don’t feel Anderson is offering enough.
Anderson was West Ham’s marquee signing this summer, but he has failed to live up to expectations.
The former Lazio man has struggled to make much of an impact at the London Stadium, with his performances drawing a great deal of criticism.
Anderson has appeared unwilling to track back, and has not offered enough going forward to justify his place.
West Ham have now failed to win for four matches, and head into their match against Burnley under a great deal of pressure.
