West Ham United fans appear to have been very impressed by Daniel Sturridge’s performance for Liverpool yesterday.

Liverpool ran out 4-0 winners at the London Stadium, with Sturridge playing a starring role for Jurgen Klopp’s side.

The England international forward was recalled to Liverpool’s starting line-up, and was at his brilliant best as the Reds dismantled West Ham.

Sturridge scored Liverpool’s first goal in the contest, and looked lively throughout – giving West Ham fans a sneak peak at what they could be getting this summer.

West Ham have been said to be tracking Sturridge for some time, with Slaven Bilic known to be a fan of the skilful forward.

And West Ham fans appear to have been won over by Sturridge’s display yesterday, with many urging David Gold to snap up the forward.

Sturridge has struggled for game time this season at Liverpool, and many expect him to leave Anfield in the coming months.

Liverpool’s win over West Ham yesterday helped the Reds take a massive step closer to the top four, while Bilic’s men dropped into 12th place in the Premier League table.
