West Ham United have been linked with Newcastle United’s Jonjo Shelvey on Friday.

West Ham United fans on Twitter seem open to the idea of signing Newcastle United’s Jonjo Shelvey in January.
The Mirror reported on Friday night that West Ham manager David Moyes was a fan of the Newcastle midfielder, who has received two red cards this season.
The report went on to claim that the Magpies would be looking to recoup the £12 million that they paid for him two years ago.

Moyes has previously claimed this month that he is in the market for midfielders with Premier League experience and the 25-year-old certainly seems to fit the bill.
But would West Ham fans have him? According to many of them on social media, yes.

Jack Wilshere is another one to have been linked with West Ham, but surely he should be the priority over Shelvey.
The Arsenal man dazzled in the 3-2 win at Crystal Palace in midweek, reminding Gunners fans of his class, and he would be a much better signing than the Newcastle ace.
