The diminutive play-maker could have added quality to either West Ham or Everton’s squad, but it is true that Manuel Pellegrini’s side have other options.
West Ham have already signed Felipe Anderson and Andriy Yarmolenko this summer to improve their options going forward.
Everton, meanwhile, have brought in Richarlison and Bernard could be the second Brazilian to move to Goodison Park this summer.
