West Ham United are believed to be interested in signing Jack Wilshere from Arsenal in January.

West Ham United fans appear divided over whether signing Arsenal’s Jack Wilshere would be a good move from David Moyes.

Moyes confirmed to the Guardian, at his press conference yesterday, that West Ham would have an interest in Wilshere, if he was available.

Wilshere has struggled for game time with the Gunners over the last two seasons, with Arsene Wenger having some doubts over the central-midfielder.

And with the World Cup now on the horizon, Wilshere is thought to need a move to have a chance of breaking into the England squad.

West Ham are a potential destination for the 25-year-old, as he looks to revive his career.

But while some Hammers fans would welcome Wilshere with open arms, others are far less keen.

Wilshere would be in competition with the likes of Pedro Obiang and Mark Noble for a first-team place, if he was to move to West Ham.

Moyes is known to want to add quality in January, as he looks to take his side away from the relegation zone.
