And West Ham supporters have been unforgiving of the Colombian midfielder, who is on a £50,000-a-week contract (Spotrac).
Sanchez was only brought to West Ham last summer, but his time at the London Stadium has not gone to plan.
Injury has plagued Sanchez’s time with West Ham, but when he has been given chances he has looked error prone.
Sanchez put in a poor showing in West Ham’s first friendly of the season against Manchester City, which they lost 4-1.
And it seems that the defensive midfielder could have a lot of work to do if he is to win over the doubters at the London Stadium.
