West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic is under pressure.

West Ham United’s poor recent form has once again sparked rumours about Slaven Bilic’s future as manager, with some suggestions that he could be replaced.
Hired as Sam Allardyce’s replacement during the summer of 2015, Bilic returned to Upton Park having played for the club as a defender during the 1990’s, and the Croatian immediately captured the hearts of West Ham fans.
With the Hammers playing an attractive brand of football, spearheaded by Dimitri Payet, Bilic earned plaudits as he took West Ham to seventh place in the Premier League table – but things have turned sour this season.
West Ham firstly failed to land the marquee striker Bilic was looking for, then endured growing pains in their new home, the London Stadium, then saw Payet leave the club for a move back to Marseille in January, with the club suffering injury problems throughout the season too.
Whilst Bilic has guided West Ham away from relegation trouble, they have now lost three in a row, and have picked up just two points in their last five games as the pressure mounts on manager Bilic again.
Reports from The Mirror claim that West Ham are keen on Newcastle’s Rafael Benitez as a replacement for Bilic, whilst Huddersfield’s David Wagner (Telegraph) and Roberto Mancini (Daily Mail) have also been linked with replacing Bilic as fans are left confused by the Croatian’s future.

In fact, supporters have taken to Twitter to send messages to West Ham co-chairman David Gold, with fans urging him to back Bilic and bring in the striker he has been looking for after plenty of promises about a goalscorer being brought to East London.
Others urged Gold to stop undermining the West Ham boss, pleading with him to keep Bilic and give him a chance to fight back after difficult circumstances this season.
