Mark Noble’s message to West Ham United fans appears to have fallen on deaf ears, with supporters raging at their team.

West Ham were offered a fresh start at the weekend, when David Moyes took charge of his first match against Watford at Vicarage Road.

However, the Hammers’ players continued to disappoint, and fell to a 2-0 defeat.

West Ham’s supporters were, understandably, fuming with the result and performance after the match.

But Noble urged the Hammers fans to stick with the team after the contest.

He said to the Daily Star: “I know it is hard, I know they are frustrated. We are too as players, because we know we’re better than what we’re showing, but I urge them to stick by us and hopefully the good times will come back.”

Unfortunately for Noble, West Ham fans appear to be sick of hearing that they need to continue to back the team.

The Hammers have been in abject form this season, and currently sit in 18th place in the Premier League table.

And West Ham seriously need to start finding the winning formula soon, otherwise the atmosphere around the London Stadium threatens to turn even more toxic.
