West Ham United were criticised for their business in January by supporters, but David Moyes believes his side did very well.

West Ham United fans can’t believe that David Moyes has suggested that his side had arguably the best January transfer window of any Premier League side.
West Ham were heavily criticised for their business in January, but Moyes has defended the transfers now.
The Hammers’ Premier League status has been confirmed for another season, and Moyes went on the defensive yesterday.
He told Football.London: “I think West Ham arguably had the best January of any club in the Premier League because we sold three players, made a profit, bought one, brought in only Jordan Hugill.”

West Ham sold Diafra Sakho, Andre Ayew and Jose Fonte in January, and only brought in Joao Mario and Jordan Hugill.
Joao Mario has made a positive impact at the London Stadium, but Hugill has badly struggled for game time.
And West Ham fans certainly don’t agree with Moyes’ comments about their transfers.
Moyes’ future at West Ham is currently uncertain, with the club potentially considering changing managers at the end of the season.
Moyes has kept West Ham up, but he has often been criticised from supporters for not showing enough willingness to play on the front foot.
