Moyes looks set to keep West Ham in the Premier League, which was his main remit upon being appointed.
However, the Scottish boss has failed to inspire the London Stadium crowd, and they now want Benitez to replace Moyes.
Benitez has performed a hugely impressive job at Newcastle, and guided them to safety in their first season back at Premier League level.
He also has a far more glistening CV than Moyes, and West Ham fans want him brought in now.
Benitez’s future at Newcastle is still not secure, but it would be a surprise to see him leave for West Ham.
If Benitez is given funds to spend at Newcastle, he is widely expected to stay at St. James’ Park for the long-term.
West Ham are currently six points and four places behind Newcastle in the Premier League table.
