West Ham United could have the right-hand side that Crystal Palace wanted, if Ryan Fredericks signs and Michail Antonio stays.

The Independent have reported how Palace were interested in signing Fredericks, following the expiration of his contract at Fulham.

However, West Ham are now confident of sealing the signing of the right-back.

The Guardian have also suggested that Antonio is on Palace’s wishlist this summer.

Antonio’s future is fairly unclear, with Manuel Pellegrini yet to decide on whether to keep him at the London Stadium.

But if Pellegrini does decide to keep Antonio around, then Palace may have to look on at West Ham’s squad with envy.

Fredericks and Antonio would offer West Ham pace and power down their right hand-side, and if the combination is effective, Palace may be left to reflect on what might have been for them.
